The Hyco 1.1T Hydraulic Steering Kit with Tilt is all you need need for a complete steering system. This system is used on all engines up to 150 HP or less. If the motor H/P exceeds 150, the Protech packaged system should be used.

UC95-OBF/1 Front Mount Hydraulic Cylinder
2 Liters Oil-15 Hydraulic Oil
Installation and Operation Manual instructions included

*Prefabricated pipe kit from 2' to 30' length is not included and steering wheel is not included.

There are Two cylinders are offered, model UC95-OBF/3 is for Honda BF115 and BF130 engines and Mercury Optimax 75, 90 and 115 HP engines only , and the UC95-OBF/1 is used on all other O/ modelsB.
