The Cortex H1 tethered handset is the voice and call interface used for VHF and DSC calls. The handset's touchscreen is the main interface, with dedicated buttons and Click-Wheel for navigationfast, easy to use and one-handed operation. The touchscreen is specifically designed for the harsh marine environment and is designed and manufactured for use in wet conditions and with gloves.

The handset provides a screen to configure and manage the Cortex hub M1, display AIS target data and vessel instruments, manage and monitor alarms. and configure remote vessel monitoring.

Upgrade your Cortex M1 SOTDMA smartAIS or add additional handsets to access key functions in more locations on board. Have situational awareness and VHF communication at your fingertips, no matter where you are on your boat.
