This has been achieved using a unique propeller blade profile, which creates little or no cavitation.
As cavitation produces unwanted noise, this new blade design provides a major reduction in thruster operating sound levels VETUS bow. Additionally, the application of this new propeller reduced power consumption by up to 10%.
