Mounted on the positive terminal of your battery are a fuse holder and a fuse. Vexilar knows that your battery can cause fires if a short circuit occurs, so we have taken extra safety precautions to include this fuse holder with a 3A fuse for your battery.

Features:

It comes standard with a 3A automotive fuse, but you can install a 3A to 10A fuse.
If your sonar system does not power on, check to see if the fuse or fuse holder is loose.
If your sonar system does not turn on, inspect the fuse itself. If the wire inside the fuse is burned, the fuse needs to be replaced
Yes, your Vexilar can work without the fuse holder by connecting directly to the battery, but please use it as much as possiblefor safety reasons.
