Multifunctional

Similar to the MultiPlus, the Quattro is also a combined inverter and charger. Additionally, it can accept two AC inputs and automatically connect to the active source. Its many features include a true sine wave inverter, adaptive charging, PowerAssist hybrid technology as well as several system integration features such as three-phase or split operation and parallel operation.

Two AC inputs and two AC outputs

The Quattro can be connected to two independent AC sources, for example shore power and a generator, or two generators. The Quattro will automatically connect to the active source. The main output has uninterrupted functionality. In the event of a grid outage or disconnection of shore power or generator, the Quattro takes overextends the power supply to connected loads. This happens so quickly (less than 20 milliseconds) that computers and other electronic equipment will continue to operate without interruption. The second output is lifetime only when AC power is available on one of the Quattro's inputs. Loads that should not drain the battery, such as air conditioning or a water heater, can be connected to this output.

Unique PowerAssist function

The Quattro will prevent overloading a limited AC source, such as a generator or shore power connection. First, the battery charge will be automatically reduced, otherwise overcharging will occur. The second level will increase the power of a generator or shore power with energy from the battery.

Virtually unlimited power thanks to parallel operation

Up to 6 Quattros can work in parallel to achieve higher output power. Three-phase or split-phase operation is also possible. Please see our data sheets to see which models have paralleling, three-phase and split-phase capabilities.

Remote monitoring and control

When Paired with a GX device (e.g. Cerbo GX), you can monitor and control your Multi and your system(s) locally (LAN) or remotely via the Internet from anywhere in the world, using the free software VRM app and free VRM portal website. Access can be from a phone, tablet, laptop or PC for multiple operating systems.
