SEASONALLY - Inspect the PFDTo detect tears and holes, make sure zippers and buckles are working properly. If the material is discolored, the fabric has probably lost its strength. Foam deteriorates over time, so test your PFD and make sure it keeps your mouth out of the water. If you notice fraying fabric or webbing, severe UV damage, or crushed foam, please discard and replace with a new, shiny MTI PFD.
