Airmar DST800BV-S - DST800 235 kHz 60 W Smart sensor bronze with valve NMEA 0183 DST Marine Navigation & Instruments
The DST800 is a Smart Triducer multi-sensor that offers depth, speed and temperature functions in a single compact through-hull fitting. The retractable, discreet sensor calculates precise depth, speed and temperature data and sends it to any NMEA 0183 display.
Airmar's intelligent sensors incorporate microelectronics: the transducer element and the signal processor are only a few millimeters apart. Sensor signals are processed directly inside the housing itself. All that is needed to receive depth, speed and temperature data is a simple cable to a compatible network or display.
The wide, fan-shaped, port-starboard beam is able to find the bottom even when installed on a dead top hull or heeled sailboat.
NOTE: The DST800L is a longer version in a B122 housing.
