Deep water performance without a transducer protruding from the hull, that's what the M422 is all about. This hull-integrated, dual-frequency broadband transducer is perfect for large offshore fiberglass boats seeking target performance in deep water. Operating in both the low (47-52 kHz) and high frequency (190-210 kHz) ranges, this transducer operates up to 2000 feet. The M422 is a 1.5 kW Chirp transducer designed for navires offshore.

The transducer includes a plastic housing attached to the inside of the boat hull and filled with environmentally friendly antifreeze. The transducer is inserted into the housing and adjusted for the appropriate dead rise offset, ensuring that the beam shoots straight down. Liquid is the best means of transmission through the fiberglass and into the surrounding water. The advantages of the in-hull transducer are that there are no protruding features outside the hull, making it the ideal choice for towed or lifted boats. Designed for boats up to 30 feet with fiberglass solid core hulls.
