Andersen Compact Motor™ electric winches allow you to hoist and adjust the sails with the touch of a button, whatever the weather. physical strength, so that any member of the crew can easily and safely adjust the sails and control lines.

Ease of installation
The electric winch Andersen Compact Motor™ is available in two formats for either above deck or below deck. The gear motor and controller are integrated into a compact unit with no additional control box needed. Simplified electrical installation simply requires connecting the positive and negative power cables to the motor terminals and connecting the push button using the included output cable.

Variable speed effective
The Andersen Compact Motor™ is a brushless DC motor carefully matched to a low-profile planetary gearbox that requires less space for installation and draws significantly less current than traditional motor/gearbox configurations . Available in 12 volt and 24 volt models, Compact Motor™ electric winches operate at variable speed proportional to the pressure applied to the push button, for smooth and quiet operation.

Smart push button " illuminated button
Compact Motor™ winches are supplied with a push button with integrated LED that illuminates when the winch system is powered. The push button incorporates a hinged safety cover to prevent unintended operation of the winch and is water resistant to IP67. The push button also works with the controller to flash status codes which facilitateTroubleshooting in the event of an overload or other system protection intervention occurs. A cable for the push button connection is included for convenient installation.

Built-in protection
- Built-in overload protection - Controller is preset to stop the winch if the maximum tensile load is exceeded. Open ration can resume in seconds when the load falls below the limit again.
- Thermal overload protection - The motor is equipped with a thermal cut-out which disables the motor in the event of overheating; it automatically resets once the temperature returns to normal.

Mounting an Above Deck Compact Motor™ winch on a vertical surface is not not recommended, as it increases exposure. to potential problems with excessive humidity and water penetration which could result in damageges not covered by the warranty. Andersen Compact Motor™ electric winches allow you to hoist and trim sails with the push of a button, regardless of your physical strength, so any crew member can trim easily and safely sails and control lines.
