The Beckson Self Drain™ opening port is innovatively designed with a molded angled drain ramp. inside the faucet. This design promotes drainage without having to make angled cuts in the shell. This also allows for through-bolting, which is not possible in windows where an angled faucet extends below the bolt holes. This allows the inner corner to sit firmly against the seal and lens omitting the outer water retention rim found in most other ports. (No water falling out when you open the port after a rain.) Self Drain™ opening ports are ideal for mounting where installation is within 15° of vertical (with a faucet length of up to 15° one inch). available for vertical installations.
