Cylinders

The cylinders are made of reinforced nylon. impact-resistant fiberglass eliminatest expansion and resist ultraviolet rays. , along with an O-ring, eliminate high and low pressure leaks. The barbed cylinder connection and an inserted tubular rod prevent explosion and breakage of the pipe.

Hose

Designed and manufactured exclusively for Insta-Trim with reinforced nylon webbing and protective PVC coating. Rated at 2,000 lbs burst pressure, 15' of hose is provided for your system. When entering the transom 6" beyondAbove the waterline, the hoses are held securely with a hose packing.
Stainless steel clamps hold the hose to the barbed fitting at the solenoid.

Toggle Type Controls

Mounted on the dashboard, they are easy to use. The 2TP microswitch with silver contact points adjusts the tabs for maximum control and performance.

A quart of Insta-Trim biodegradable transmission oil, a funnel and mounting hardware are provided.

An adjustable pressure relief valve is provided on the bypass valve of the generation general electric pump, so that the fluid can circulate, so that the pump does not thermally overload all accessories of pump #12 due to thermal overload.
