Vantage Vue Wireless Console/Receiver

The Vantage Vue Wireless Weather Station Console displays and records your station's weather data, provides graphical and alarm functions and interfaces with a computer using optional WeatherLink software.

The Vantage Vue station also includes an exterior Integrated Sensor Suite (ISS) that transmits exterior sensor data to the console via a radio low power. The console displays all information from the ISS in an easy-to-use format. It can also receive data from a Davis Vantage Pro2™ weather station.

The compact console is packed with features, including a backlit LCD display and a glow-in-the-dark keypad that makes viewing data easy weather, daytime. or at night. Unique Weather Center functionality allows you to view multiple screens of weather datasimply and quickly.

Vantage Vue gives you the weather data you need. You will see current weather conditions, including indoor and outdoor temperature and humidity, atmospheric pressure, wind speed and direction, dew point, and precipitation. You'll also get weather forecast icons, moon phases, sunrise and sunset times, weather trend charts, alarms and much more. Vantage Vue also features the unique Weather Center button that displays additional data on weather variables for today and the last 25 days.

See the eight phases of the moon, from new to full.

Forecast icons
Icons tell you if you are forecasting groundey, partial sun, clouds, rain or snow.

Temperature and humidity
The console updates the outside temperature every 10 seconds. and indoor temperature every minute. Additionally, outdoor humidity is updated every 50 seconds and indoor humidity every minute.

Retransmits
The main console can extend the range to additional consoles up to 1,000 feet (300 m).

Barometer
The five-position trend arrow indicates whether the barometer's atmospheric pressure is increasing, decreasing, or stable.

Display options variables
See variables updated every 10 seconds for heat index and wind chill to get a better "feel" of the outdoor environment.

Rain
The console updates rain totals and rain rate every 20 seconds for the last 25 hours, daysand month.

Allows comparisons of changes in temperature and barometric pressure from one day to the next.

Weather Center
The Weather Center provides additional information for each weather variable, such as daily highs and lows, hourly temperature changes, and value changes barometric Also displays astronomical data such as meteor showers.

Dome-shaped buttons are easy to detect and press Keyboard buttons. that glow in the dark give you access to weather information all day and night. The Done key returns the user to the "current" screen from anywhere in the program.

Check for updates from wind speed every 2.5 seconds. Displays wind speed in miles per hour, meters per second, kilometers per hour and knots. Provides average and high wind speed for two and ten minute intervals.
