4" Black Euro Tachometer with Systemcheck 7,000 RPM (Gas) for Johnson/Evinrude Outboards)

Black edge-lit dial with bold white graphics, black aluminum bezel, contoured white pointer and flat glass lens.

Electronic tachometers operate by counting pulses generated by the ignition system, alternator, tach signal generator or transmitter The tachometer is connected to +12 V DC, ground, and one of the signal sources listed above.

By selecting the correct tachometer and setting the switch to with the rear in the correct position, you tell the tachometer the number of pulses sent for each revolution of the engine.

These tachometers have a warning light system built into the dial which displays indicators. warning when a fault is detected in the motor.
