Kronos 4" Tachometer - 7,000 RPM (Gasoline - All Outboards)

Polished stainless steel bezel, flat glass lens, aluminum dial illuminated perimeter with gold and black graphics. Gold increments and logo on the dial are embossed. All instruments include a two-piece Newport pointer with a white hub.

Electronic tachometers work. by counting the pulses generated by the ignition system, alternator, tach signal generator or magnetic sensor transmitter. The tachometer is connected to +12 V DC, ground and one of the sources of signal listed above.

By selecting the correct tachometer and setting the switch on the back to the correct position, you tell the tachometer how many pulses are sent for each engine revolution.

Kronos Tachometer 4" - 7,000 rpm (petrol - all outboards)

Polished stainless steel bezel, flat glass lens, perimeter illuminated spun aluminum dial with gold and black graphics. The gold increments and the logo on the dial are embossed. All instruments include a two-piece Newport pointer with a white hub.

Electronic tachometers operate by counting pulses generated by the ignition system, alternator, tach signal generator or magnetic sensor transmitter. The tachometer is connected to +12V DC, ground, and one of the signal sources listed above.

By selecting the correct tachometer and setting the switch on the rear to the correct position, you indicate to the tachometer how many pulses are sent with each engine revolution.
