FS ANDERSEN 34ST E1 electric winch - 24V Sailing
34ST E1 Fully Stainless Electric Winch - 24V
Andersen E1 electric winches allow you to hoist and trim sails of any size with just a push of the button a button. They remove the requirement for physical strength, allowing any crew member to easily and safely control lines and sails. Perfect for sailing with a short crew or with friends or family.
In addition to the multitude of standard features that have made Andersen self-tailing winches the benchmark for quality and performance, Andersen electric winches E1 are designed with unrivaled levels. functionality, monitoring and protection.
Ease of installation
In-house contractors and controller, with no separate control box required, means a more reliable installation, neater and lighter. Simplified electrical installation simply requiresent connecting the positive and negative power cables to the motor terminals and connecting the push button using the included output cable. Marine grade circuit breakers are also available for protection and isolation.
Efficient, high-quality motor
At the heart of the E1 winch is a series of high-quality European engineering and manufacturing. wound motor. Carefully combined with the optimal gearbox, they offer high speed at low load for fast sheeting, and low speed at high load for precise and safe adjustment when cutting. They are available in 12V and 24V models providing smooth, quiet operation over a wide range of workloads.
Illuminated "smart" push button
Winches E1 are supplied with push button with integrated LED which illuminates when the winch system is powered. The push buttonincorporates a hinged safety cover to prevent unintended operation of the winch and is water resistant to IP67. The push button also acts with the controller to flash status codes that aid in troubleshooting when an overload or other system protection occurs. A cable for push button connection is included for convenient installation.
Unrivaled level of monitoring and protection:
- Built-in protection Against Overload - The controller is preset to stop the winch if the maximum pulling load is exceeded. Operation can resume within seconds when the load returns below the limit.
- Thermal overload protection – The motor is equipped with a thermal cut-out that disables the motor in the event of overheating; it resets automatically once the temperature returns to normalale.
- Reverse polarity protection – A built-in 5A fuse protects the motor against incorrect cable connection.
- Accidental start protection – Winch operation is disabled if the push button is already inadvertently pressed when power is activated at the circuit breaker or battery.
- Low Voltage Detection - Operation is disabled if the battery charge level battery is low, preventing further battery discharge.ries and avoiding triggering a low-voltage reset of navigation instruments and other electronic devices.
- Continuous operation time limit – Operation is disabled if the continuous operation time exceeds 10 minutes.
Manual operation
2-speed manual operation is always available as a backup; to winch beyond the tensile loadpreset maximum (but below the maximum winch working load) or simply for experience.
