M25 5W Floating Portable VHF Marine Radio - Black
Icom pioneered the floating VHF marine radio and started the trend with the M24 by adding the function of Float N Flash flashing light. The M25 floats when dropped into water, even with the optional HM213 microphone attached. The flashing light function activates when the radio touches water, even if the power is off.
Not only does the LCD screen and key backlight on the front panel flash, but also a red LED light flashes across the rear panel indicating the location of the radio for easy retrieval.
11 hours of battery life
The built-in 1500 mAh lithium-ion battery provides 11 hours (approximately) of extended operation.*

USB charging (USB Micro-B type)
A standard USB connector ( Micro-B type)is used to charge the IC-M25. Cigarette lighter cables or mobile batteries for charging smartphones or other devices can be used with the IC-M25*.

AquaQuake™ drainage function
When water is in the upper grill speaker, Icom's unique AquaQuakeT emits a buzzing sound and drains water from the speaker. This feature ensures clear and crisp sound at all times.

The light weight of 7.76 ounces (220 g) and 1.2 inch (30.5 mm) Slim body sets the new standard for floating marine transceivers.
Large LCD screen, simple user interface
The LCD screen of the IC-M25 is 30% larger than that of the IC. -M24 and clearly displays large channel numbers and status icons. The buttons on the front panel are well laid outés and offer simple and straightforward use.
550 mW audio output
The IC-M25 provides a powerful 550 mW of power. Audio output and received voice can be heard loud and clear. By holding the VOL/SQL button with the (up) button, the volume is instantly raised to the maximum level.
Optional Speaker Microphone, HM-213
The optional waterproof speaker microphone, HM-213, provides quality convenience when mounting the radio around the waist.
