GP1080-06 Pre-cut SystemPod for Raymarine es95/es97/es98 and 2 instruments (3.6" hole) for 9.5" wide protection

GP1080 series for protection of 9.5", SystemPods for Sails allow multiple electronics to be mounted in a single NavPod. This is a good way to reduce the height of a system. In addition to mounting a radar or chartplotter, you can have room for an autopilot, instrument, stereo controller or VHF mic.
A SystemPod is best mounted on a single-curvature AngleGuards.

SystemPods for power are intended for mounting on a Stachion SK135 kit and can be used to mount a SystemPod on a flat surface, such as the flybridge. Kits can also be used with a SystemPod for overhead mounting applications.

High Gloss Material
NavPods are made with custom co-extruded ABS material with AC caprylic that we use. the best UV resistant material that provides a high gloss white finish that matches gel coated fiberglass. Gen3 improvements now include thicker material that improves strength and provides better structural rigidity.

Waterproof seal
All NavPods are made with a system of double seal providing excellent sealing between the front and back of the NavPod to protect your marine electronics. NavPods are designed to withstand the harshest and wettest offshore sailing conditions. Gen3 improvements include a thicker silicone outer gasket with an improved flush fit. The internal EPDM gasket is now 50% thicker and is not subject to "set compression" like many rubber compounds. This is important when you need to open the NavPod in the future to service your electronic devicesiques.

Nickel-chrome plated screws
We use all stainless steel mounting hardware that comes with every NavPod. Large round head tamper-proof screws have deeper sockets for the NavPod wrench for better holding power when tightening than previous screws. For Gen3 we provide nickel and chrome plated stainless steel pad. Waterproof screws for added security combined with a little bling!

The manufacturing process
Thermoforming Heavy gauge is considered an art since many processes come into play. It all starts with tooling design and development. We are fortunate to have experienced in-house design engineers who use CAD programs such as Solidworks, Catia and AutoCad. Surfcam is used to interface with our CNC machining centers to produce quality tools with precision tolerances.
