The Poran Microcell Polyurathane internal seal is now 50% thicker and is not subject to "compression" like many rubber compounds. This is important when you need to open theSystemPod in the future to repair your electronic devices. The gasket will continue to do its job.

Chrome Nickel Plated Stainless Steel — We use all 316 stainless steel hardware that comes with every NavPod. Large round head tamper-proof screws have deeper sockets for the NavPod Wrench for better holding power when tightening than the screws used on our Traditional Series NavPod. For NavPods Gen3, we provide tamper-proof, nickel-chrome-plated stainless steel screws for added security and a bit of style!
