GP2080 series for 12" protection, sail SystemPods are intended to fitting several pieces of electronics into a single NavPod. This is a good way to reduce the height of a system. High gloss material
NavPods are made with custom co-extruded ABS materialwith acrylic cap. We use the best UV resistant material that provides a high gloss white finish that matches gel coated fiberglass. Gen3 improvements now include thicker gauge material that improves strength and provides better structural rigidity.

The waterproof seal
All NavPods are made with a system of double seal providing an excellent seal between the front and back of the NavPod. for the protection of your marine electronics. NavPods are designed to withstand the harshest and wettest offshore sailing conditions. Gen3 improvements include a thicker silicone outer gasket with an improved flush fit. The internal EPDM gasket is now 50% thicker and is not subject to "set compression" like many rubber compounds. This is important when you need to open the NavPod in the future to service your appselectronic areils.

Nickel-chrome plated screws
We use all stainless steel mounting hardware that comes with every NavPod. Large round head tamper-proof screws have deeper sockets for the NavPod wrench for better holding power when tightening than previous screws. For Gen3, we supply nickel and chrome plated stainless steel tamper proof screws for security combined with a little bling!
