PedestalPod 70° models are specifically designed for the protection of marine electronics on the front of sport fishing boats.

PedestalPod 70° models are better than the bracket mounting and electronic position displays. 12? above the deck at an ideal viewing angle of 70°. The strong and sturdy black powder coated aluminum base measures 4? in diameter with a 6.5? round base, and is designed to accommodate the last 12? and 16? poster. Convenient 360° swivel allows for a fully customized position, gives anglers easy access to the fishfinder/chartplotter, and allows boat covers to easily fit the PedestalPod at 70°.

Like all NavPods, PedestalPods at 70° are designed to resist impacts and vibrationsand moisture penetration, and are made with thick, UV-stable ABS material, coated with acrylic, designed specifically to provide structural stability for the Urals. The NavPod housing incorporates a double seal system that provides excellent sealing to prevent splashing of electrical connections, ensuring the reliability and longevity of marine electronics. The electronic displays fit easily into the pre-cut housing and all wires and connections are routed internally through the pedestal base.
