General Purpose Epoxy Gel General in 1 Minute is a fast-setting, two-part epoxy gel Specially formulated adhesive and filler system with a blue indicator dye that disappears when fully mixed and ready for use. Advanced gel formulation reduces damage and waste compared to traditional epoxies; Unique indicator system takes the guesswork out of "ready to use."

Applications:

Automotive - Suggested Applications: Ideal for complex, multi-part assemblies. Bonds rigid materials including ceramic, chrome, fabric, fiberglass, glass, hard plastic, metal and rubber.

Instructions:

PROTECT: The work area must be protected from accidental spills.
CLEAN: Surfaces must be clean, dry and free of grease and dirt. oil.
PREPARE: roughen smooth surfaces (using abrasives or sandpaper).
OPEN PACKAGE: Remove the sring. Turn the syringe tip up and pull the plunger back slightly (1/8"). Allow the air bubbles to rise to the top. Remove and save the storage cap. Push the plunger to dispense equal amounts of hardener and resin on a disposable surface such as a piece of cardboard. The mixing paddle will come out of the plunger. Pull the plunger back to stop the flow.
MIXING. QUICKLY: Mix quickly and thoroughly until the blue color becomes light (about 15 seconds).
APPLICATION: Apply a small amount of mixture to both surfaces and assemble the parts immediately (the product takes approximately 60 seconds). Remove any excess epoxy immediately.
CURE TIME: Usable strength is reached in 1 hour at 72ºF (22ºC). longer.
CLEANING: Attach the bucap and store in a molded tray.

NOTE: Adhesive will not stick to most polyethylene or polypropylene plastics.
