Medium Strength Blue Threaded Block - 50ml Bottle

Specified by the original manufacturer. Medium strength all-purpose thread locker. Ideal for all nut and bolt applications from 1/4″ to 3/4″ (6mm to 20mm). Eliminates the need to stock expensive lock nuts and lock washers. Locks and seals while preventing parts from loosening due to vibration. Protects wires from corrosion. Removable with hand tools for easy disassembly. Meets ASTM D 5363 AN0321 (Mil-S-46163A, Type II, Grade N).

Instructions:

Clean and dry the parts using Permatex Surface Prep™ Activator.
Shake the resistance thread lock tube well before each use.
Remove the cap and tip from the cutting nozzle.
Apply medium-strength thread locker to the threaded areas and assembleez the parts. Refer to data sheet for complete information.

NOTE: Medium strength threadlocker works on metal parts. It is not recommended for plastics. Medium strength hardened threadlocker should be sheared (hand tools will do) before the parts separate.
