Directions for use:

For best results, clean and dry a Apply a residue-free solvent to the surfaces, such as Permatex Brake & Parts Cleaner.
Cut the nozzle to the desired bead size – seals are best formed using a 1/2 bead 16" to 1/4".
Apply a continuous, even bead of silicone to one surface, surrounding all bolt holes. Immediately remove the excess with a knife. Assemble the pparts immediately. Do not squeeze the silicone out by overtightening the bolts. Re-tightening will not be necessary.
Silicone dries in 1 hour and fully cures in 24 hours, at 70-50% relative humidity. Allow extra time in cold weather.
Replace cap after use. Clean hands with a dry cloth or Permatex Fast Orange Hand Cleaner. Clean tools with non-flammable cleaning fluid.

NOTE: Not recommended for use on head gaskets or parts in contact with gasoline.
