This no-drill laptop support system installs quickly and easily in specified vehicles using existing passenger side seat rail hardware. This configuration offers a telescopic function ranging from 12 to 18 inches. Dual swing arms provide 12 inches of articulation and reach to allow passengers and driver access to the mounted unit. Patented rubber ball and socket joint provides additional adjustability as well as isolation from shock and vibration.

Swing arm
The RAM RAM-VP-SW1-89, combined swing arm/telepole system, will connect to any which RAM vehicle base without soldered female tele-pole. Included is a TV pole with a height range of 11.5" to 17"; it can be easily adjusted by turning the knob at the top of the pole. Once the knob is tightened, the tele-pole becomes a rigid support for any RAM cradle, rack or Tough-Tray.

The dual swing arm with rotating plate allows you to tourner and tilt the viewing angle of your laptop, tablet, UMPC, monitor or other connected electronic device, when mounted on your RAM vehicle mount. Taking the highly successful RAM vehicle mounts to the next level, this rotating swivel arm gives you even more viewing positions for your mounted electronic device while holding everything firmly in place. The length of the double swing arm is 12".

Laptop Mounting Tray
The RAM Tough-Tray is a spring-loaded expandable tray that accommodates laptops from 10 to 16 inches wide. The tray includes four.(4) side clamp arms with rubber grip. These arms can be moved vertically and horizontally. This allows for a custom fit for different laptop thicknesses and the freedom of not blocking ports or drives. Holes on the perimeter of the tray make it easy to mount additional RAM systems to support GPS, PDAs or other electronic devices.
