Install your satellite dome, camera or other marine electronics above your radar using a Seaview dual mount. This ensures maximum performance from your electronics and eliminates radar interference. The bottom mounting plate is pre-drilled to fit. all radars closed dome, while the top mounting plate is modular and sold separately the hollow mast section allows for easy cable management.

The lower deck is soldered on the main body of the support. This platform is pre-drilled for almost all open and closed dome radars. The image above shows a lower platform on a dual mount for a closed dome radar. When selecting a Seaview dual mount, make sure the one you are looking at is for a closed dome radar or an open array radar. Dual mounts intended for an open array radar have an extended bottom platform so that the antenna clears the main body of the mount.

Modular Top Plate

The top platform is where you bolt the top plate. Seaview developed the top plate to facilitate product selectionts for the customer and improve the appearance of these supports. The days of top plates with lots of holes in them are long gone.
