Airmar B175C-20-HW 20d tilt with Raymarine 11 pin MM cable Marine Navigation & Instruments
Get more coverage under your boat with Airmar's unique, wide-beam, high-frequency, Chirp-compatible transducer. The high band operates over a frequency range of 150 to 250 kHz and has a fixed 25° beam for all frequencies. The high frequency band allows higher resolution. The consistently wide beam provides twice the coverage and excellent fish arches on display compared to most narrow beam high frequency transducer options.
The high wide is the ideal choice for inshore and pelagic fishing, where resolution and maximum coverage under the boat are essential up to 152 m (500').
Tilted Element™ transducers have the element fixed at an angle of 20°, 12° or 0° in the housing. Since the transducer is installed almost flush with the hull, the tilt corrects the dead center of the hull and orients the ceramic element horizontally to ensurefiring maximum echo returns to the transducer.
The B175HW is available in three tilted element models:
- Correctioned Version tilted at 20° for a plug hull angle from 16° to 24°
- Fixed version inclined at 12° for a hull grip of 8° to 15°
- Fixed version inclined at 0° for a grip of 0 ° to 7° ° hull deadrise
Airmar B175 Wide-Beam Chirp high frequency 20d inclined element with 11-point Raymarine Mix and Match cable
Model: B175C-20-HW-11R- Fast response water depth and temperature sensor
- High: CHIRPS from 150 kHz to 250 kHz
- Constant 25° beamwidth
- 100 kHz total bandwidth from one transducer
- Covers the popular fishing frequency of 200 kHz as well as everything else in the bandwidth
- Hull type: Fiberglass or wood
- Boat size: 8 m (25') and above
Get more broodingture under the boat with Airmar's new wide beam Chirp product line. Offering a high frequency range of 150 to 250 kHz and a constant 25° beamwidth, these transducers truly deliver the best in broadband. In addition to improving the performance of Chirp-ready fishfinders, anglers using the new wide-beam transducers will achieve twice the coverage under the boat compared to our current high-frequency Chirp transducers
A unique property of new high frequency transducers is that the beam width presents a constant angle of 25° across the entire frequency band. Now, in addition to providing extensive bottom coverage and accurate detection of fish in the upper water column that can sometimes go unnoticed with our narrow beam transducers, Airmar's new wide beam format also creates images of sharper and larger feedback on the screenran. We've got you covered.
