The DST800L is an intelligent Triducer multisensor that offers depth, speed and temperature functions in a single through-hull fitting. The long stem transducer is designed for use in thick-hulled wooden boats or vessels with high lift. The optional high-performance shroud directs the beam vertically for powerful return echoes, resulting in optimal performance even at higher speeds. And being a retractable design, the insert can be removed for maintenance or storage. The DST800L sends data to any display or NMEA 2000 network.
Airmar's intelligent sensors incorporate microelectronics: the transducer element and signal processor are only a few millimeters apart. Sensor signals are processed directly inside the housing itself. Everything you need to receive pro datafinder, speed and temperature is a simple cable to a compatible network or display.
The wide, fan-shaped beam, port-starboard, is capable of finding the bottom even when installed on a raised top-hull or heeling sailboat.
