Assembly instructions:
Place the mast base plate on along the centerline of the boat behind the mast slot so that the loops are aligned fore and aft. Measure 24mm from the back of the mast slot along the center line and draw a right angle position line.
Insert the mast base plate, center it, then mark the two mounting holes. Drill two 4mm pilot holes, put putty in the screw holes then secure with 5mm self-tapping screws (not supplied). On the very ancientsers, you can use the original screw holes where the target attaches.
Distance from the back of the mast slot to the axis of the mast base plate mounting screws - 24mm
