Medium Strength Threadlocker Blue Tube - 6ml

OEM Specified. Medium strength all-purpose thread locker. Ideal for all nut and bolt applications from 1/4″ to 3/4″ (6mm to 20mm). Eliminates the need to stock expensive lock nuts and lock washers. Locks and seals while preventing parts from loosening due to vibration. Protects wires from corrosion. Removable with hand tools for easy disassembly. Meets ASTM D 5363 AN0321 (Mil-S-46163A, Type II, Grade N).

Instructions:

Clean and dry parts using Permatex Surface Prep™ Activator.
Shake medium strength thread lock tube well before each use .
Remove the cap and cut off the tip of the nozzle.
Apply medium strength threadlocker to the threaded areas and assemble the parts. ReportRefer to data sheet for complete information.

NOTE: Medium strength thread locker works on metal parts. It is not recommended for plastics. Hardened, medium-strength threadlocker must be sheared (hand tools will do) before the parts separate.
