Applications:

Automotive - Suggested Applications: Bolts on alternators, air conditioning belts and timing collars, carburetor adjustment screws and hairline cracks.

Marine - Suggested Applications: Bolts on Alternators, Distributor Collars, Carburetor Adjustment Screws, Hairline or Porosity Cracks

Instructions:

Clean and dry the parts usingof Permatex Surface Prep™ Activator.
Assemble the parts and make adjustments.
Apply threadlocker where the thread enters the parts. Refer to datasheet for complete information.

NOTE: Threadlocker works on metal parts. It is not recommended for plastics. To disassemble parts, weaken the hardened threadlocker by heating above 500°F (260°C); then use hand tools to separate the components.

Ideal for fasteners sizes between 2.2 and 12 mm (#2 to 1/2"). Local heating and tools Manuals are required for disassembly. Use in liquid or gel form.
