Phoenix Victron 12/800 Inverter - 120 V - VE.Direct GFCI Duplex Outlet - 650 W Electrical
Phoenix 12/800 Inverter - 120V - VE.Direct GFCI Duplex Outlet - 650W
Inverters allow users to power home equipment - requiring 230V /120V AC – in "leisure" mode" or "automotive batteries" rated at 12V, 24V or 48V DC.
*This inverter has a duplex GFCI outlet.
E.Direct communications port
The VE.Direct port can be connected to:
- A computer (VE.Direct to USB interface cable required)
- Smartphones, tablets, MacBooks and other Apple and Android devices
- (VE.Direct Bluetooth smart dongle required)
Fully configurable:
- Activation of alarm from low battery voltage and reset levels
- Low battery voltage cutoff and restart levels
- Dynamic cutoff: cutoff level depending on load
- Output voltage 210 - 245V
- Frequency 50Hz or 60Hz
- ECO mode activation/deactivation and ECO mode detection level
Monitoring :
- Input and output voltage, % of load et al
Proven reliability
The full bridge and toroidal transformer topology has proven its reliability for many years.
The inverters are short circuit resistant and protected against overheating, whether due to 'overload or high ambient temperature.
High starting power
Needed to start loads such as power converters for LED lamps, halogen lamps or power tools.
ECO mode
In ECO mode, the inverter goes into standby mode when the load drops below a predefined value (min load: 15W). Once in standby, the inverter will turn on for a short period (adjustable, default:every 2.5 seconds). If the load exceeds a preset level, the inverter will remain on.
Remote On/Off
A remote on/off switch can be connected to a bipolar connector, or between the plus of the battery and the left contact of the bipolar connector.
LED diagnostics
Please see the manual for a description .
To transfer the load to another AC source: the automatic transfer switch
For Victron's low consumption inverters, they recommend the Filax Switch automatic transfer. The Filax features a very short switching time (less than 20 milliseconds) so that computers and other electronic equipment continue to operate without interruption.
