SI-TEX has added a new member to its growing family of high-performance autopilots The new SI-TEX SP-110 is an ideal solution for owners of small and medium-sized powerboats as well as sailboats up to approx. 15 meters, combining advanced steering features, simple push-button operation and robust reliability, the SP-110 operates with steering feedback units, but it has virtual steering feedback capabilities - which eliminate the need of a separate steering feedback unit - further enhancing the simplicity and affordability of this new driver and performance.

Designed to an industry standard 110mm square housing, it fits. perfectly to other instruments. SI-TEX has developed the SP-110.to offer performance and reliability to users of small boats. autopilots on the market.

The SP-110 can operate as a standalone system with the control unit and compass connected to either reversing pumps or mechanical drive units. Alternatively, the system can be integrated via the NMEA-0183 interface with navigation aids such as GPS or GPS plotters to provide waypoint guidance. The SP-110 also features a wind steering mode that allows the unit to steer toward the wind when interfaced via NMEA-0183 to a wind sensor.
