The NF80 works with your Simrad autopilot system, adding a dedicated lever for heading adjustments, course changes or steering manual. Non-follow control means the rudder turns when the lever is held to port or starboard, and remains at its current angle when the lever is released.

Our steering wheel remote controls offer intuitive controls and a 1.7-inch screen that can be used to change heading, rudder angle or autopilot mode from anywhere where on board. Adding a remote control to your system can provide dedicated steering controls for your fully integrated autopilot system, complementing the touchscreen controls on your multifunction display. Direct rudder control with no-follow steering

Your Simrad autopilot has you not only keeps you in contact but allows you to steer manually from any autopilot station on board. The NF80 offers zero-track steering, which allows you to directly control the rudder of your boat. Move the spring-loaded steering lever to port or starboard and the rudder will begin to turn in the same direction. The rudder will continue to rotate until the lever is released, then maintain its current angle until a new angle is set.

Easy installation

This wired remote control can be mounted almost anywhere. Simple design allows for flush-mount installation using supplied accessories, or external desktop mountingor a partition via an optional mounting kit. The remote connects to your Simrad autopilot system via a single NMEA 2000 cable into your existing network, providing plug-and-play installation with no complex wiring required.
