This inverter is designed to accommodate entertainment systems and small appliances in motorhomes and smaller boats in a completely new design. Based on the popular ME and MS series inverters, the MMS is smaller, lighter and less expensive while retaining all the built-in protection and reliability of the ME and MS models. The MMS charger uses a Power Factor Corrected (PFC) charger, which is 85% efficient and the same charger topology used in all Magnum models.
The MMS1012G model comes with a flexible cord on the AC input and a GFCI outlet on the output for easy connection to your AC devices; ready to use after connecting to your batteries. All haveOther MMS Series models are designed to be hardwired into the electrical system and do not include an AC cord or GFCI outlet.
The MMS Series is ETL Listed to the strict requirements of UL/cUL 458 , CSA C22. .2 #107.1-01 and meets KKK-A-822E standard.

Fan cooled: TheMMS series is fan cooled, allowing the unit to operate well in confined spaces. If the inverter exceeds its temperature limits, it will automatically shut down and then restart when it cools down.
