Smart BMS CL 12/100 for Victron LIFEPO4 12 V DC batteries only

The Smart BMS CL 12/100 is a battery management system for lithium iron -Victron phosphate (LiFePO4) Smart batteries. It has been specially designed for 12 V systems with a 12 V alternator.

The BMS CL 12/100 monitors and protects each individual battery cell within the battery (or battery bank) and will disconnect the alternator, charging sources, or DC loads in the event of low battery voltage, high battery voltage, or overheating.

The dedicated alternator input provides power limiting. current and one-way traffic from the alternator to the battery, so any size alternator (and starter battery) can be safely connected to the Smart Lithium battery(ies).

The BMS is also equipped with a remote on/off connector, to turn off the BMS (and system) via an intremote switch. , and a pre-alarm contact, to give a warning signal before the BMS disconnects the batteries from the system.
