ACR 7622100 ML 12V 500A Load Relay with Manual Override and Deutsch Connector

500A magnetic latching (bi-stable) relay automatically combines batteries during charging and isolates the batteries when discharging and when starting the engine.

Features:

The manual control switch provides an additional level of security allowing control with or without power and providing LOCK OFF capability for maintenance
Automatically manages the charging of two large battery banks
Allows paralleling battery banks for emergency starting
Continuous 500 amp rating to support high battery levels. output alternators
Magnetic Latch (ML): The ACR draws very low current (<40 mA to monitor terminal voltage) in the "ON" or "OFF" states, and draws current moderatefor a very short time when changing state
Dual Sensing: detects the charge on both batteries.
Isolation Start (SI) - can be configured to isolate temporarily loads the motor house. Circuit during motor start to protect sensitive electronics.
Motor Isolation (EI): Can be configured to isolate two motors while both are running in order to protect engine electronics and optimize alternator output.
Charging detections on two battery banks
LED output to remotely indicate when batteries are combined, insulated, voltage lock, or start or motor isolation
