SystemPods are the smart solution for mounting your radar or chartplotter and instruments together on the helm, where you can easily operate them and clearly see even the smallest details of the screen.

This SystemPod for the Power supply can be mounted on the dashboard using the SK135 bracket. Kit, or mounted high using the SK129 Bracket Kit.

Structural Rigidity – Gen3 enhancements now include thicker gauge acrylic coated ABS material which improves resistance and offers better structural rigidity. This thicker material allows for greater stability.ncheity. The higher the structural rigidity, the less flex there is when tightening and the more uniform the pressure on the joint. The excellent UV stability of acrylic is combined with the durability of ABS. The acrylic cap protects the ABS from UV and its potentially damaging effects on plastic.

Waterproof seal – All SystemPods are manufactured with a double seal system providing excellent waterproofing. This seal offers the best protection for your marine electronics. SystemPods are designed to withstand the harshest wet offshore sailing conditions. Gen3 improvements include a thicker silicone outer gasket with an improved flush fit. The Poran Microcell Polyurathane internal seal is now 50% thicker and is not subject to "defined compression" like many rubber compounds. This is important when you need to open the SystemPod in the future afin repairing your electronic devices. The seal will continue to do its job.

Chrome Nickel Plated Stainless Steel – We use all 316 stainless steel hardware that comes with every NavPod. Large round head tamper-proof screws have deeper sockets for the NavPod key for better holding power when tightening than the screws used on our traditional series NavPod. For NavPods Gen3, we provide tamper-resistant, nickel-chrome-plated stainless steel screws for added security and a bit of style!
